1.The lot is planted with 57 fruit bearing mango trees, several fruit bearing coconut trees, star apple,
avocado, chicos and guyabano trees. It is also planted with about two hundred bananas.
2. We also constructed a two-bedroom concrete house in the property.
3. It is located about 400 meters away from the national road but the baranggay road cuts across the property. Private cars can reach the
property without any problem.
4. Water and electricity are provided at the property through the baranggay water system and the Cagayan de Oro Electric Company. A manual water pump has also been installed in the property.
5. The adjacent lots have been developed into low cost housing subdivision.
6. There is a small creek in the boundary of the property.
