***Structural work at Grand Soho Makati (GSM) has reached the 39th level. The target completion of concreting up to the 41st floor is end of October, according to developer Century Properties.
Masonry work, including plastering and finishing, is ongoing up to the 32nd floor. The same is also complete at the 6th level amenity area, and will be followed by the installation of tiles for the flooring. Dry wall partitioning and framing have also started on the 6th floor.
The topping off ceremonies for the building, which will mark is structural completion, is scheduled in November 2008.
Grand Soho Makati is the first Fully-fitted and Fully-furnished residential tower in the Philippines with three interior design options. It is located in the heart of the Makati Golden Triangle fronting H.V.
